Acrylic reverse buckle luminous characters Material Selection: Imported acrylic sheets from Japan's "Mitsubishi," the United States' "Apple," Germany's "Romon," domestically produced sheets from Taiwan's "Shen Chun," Taiwan's "Qian Se," and Xiamen's "You Chang." According to the production plan, specialized molds for vacuum forming are created. Illuminated letters with dimensions typically within 2.5mx2.5m can use 3mm acrylic sheets, with segmented splicing and a rise height of 2.2-3cm. For illuminated letters with dimensions exceeding 2.5mx2.5m, it is recommended to use 5mm thick acrylic sheets, with a rise height of 2-3cm.

 

 

The luminous character box can be divided into normal mode and fine mode according to the degree of processing fineness.

(1) Normal mode luminous character box:

Material selection: cold rolled plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, galvanized plate.

Manufacturing process: Nippon Paint recommends that luminous letter boxes with a size of less than 1.5m (extended meters) generally use 0.8mm thick cold-rolled plates and 1mm thick cold-rolled plates for the bottom surface of the box. Nippon Paint uses 1.2mm thick cold-rolled plates for luminous letter boxes with dimensions above 1.5m (extended meters), and 1.5mm-thick cold-rolled plates for the bottom surface of the box. After the bottom surface is welded to Nippon Paint, spray painting or baking treatment is required. Nippon Paint height is generally 10-12mm. This mode is mostly used outdoors, with a visual distance of more than 20m.

(2) Fine mode luminous character box:

Material selection: cold rolled plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, galvanized plate.

The difference between the production process and the ordinary model is that the box body uses fine spot welding, multiple grinding and polishing treatments, and then dust-free painting. The painting process is the same as the automotive sheet metal painting process.

The LED used by our company selects the electronic chip from Blueview Optoelectronics, ensuring stable brightness of the LED light source, long service life, and low energy consumption, which is about 15% of the energy consumption of fluorescent lamps.
